Furniture Auctions
Operating from our Bedale salesrooms for over 50 years, we have a wealth of experience in dealing with whole house clearances to single items, with an excellent private and commercial following.
Auctions: Are held generally every three weeks on a Friday starting at 10.30am, usually consisting of 500-600 lots of antique and modern furniture, china, porcelain, paintings, pictures, precious metals and jewelry.
Service Offered and Conditions:
- No minimum lot charge
- Lotting fee of £2
- no advertising, insurance or storage fees
- No charge for re-entering unsold lots
- Advice available prior to auctioneers
Sales Fees:
- 15% of hammer price plus VAT
- £5 PAT test fee on all electrical items
- Collection charge for items brought
Buyers Fee:
- 16% of hammer price inc VAT
- No registration fee
